I have received some emails concerning how to automatically receive the blog.
Just so you know I will normally attempt to make at least one blog entry a day. You can "follow" the blog by clicking on various icons found on the blog page, these include twitter and facebook. You can also click on the "follow this blog" icon for other instructions.
Also you can follow via email to do this you must find the email box on the right of the blog.
1. enter your email address
2. a box will open with a code that you must match (this is to avoid people spaming from the site)
3. then you should receive an email at the address you entered, you have to open it and click on a link this is to assure that you really want to receive these emails.
I suspect if someone is having troubles with this that this initial email (#3 above) might be blocked by a filter and placed in to a junk mail file etc. If that is the case you will have to release it from there.
I hope this helps. If none of this works you can always "follow" it the old fashion way by looking at the web address.
